From: Teresa Weldon
To: nehal raval
Cc: Matt DeCaro;Steve Ingalsbe;Donald Cunningham;Benyam Stephanos
Subject: Comments on Restoration Plan-Next steps
Date: Monday,January 6,2020 9:55:00 AM
Attachments: imaae001.ona
Critical Area Protective Covenant 2019.odf
Sno Co Recorder"s Reauirements CASP.odf
20200104134935014.odf
imaae002.ona
Project Number: REV119-037
Permit Number: PW1911-056
Dear Nehal and Matt,
Thank you again for completing the restoration plan. We have reviewed the plan and one correction
item is needed before approval. On the "Existing Conditions" site map, please extend out the
standard buffers beyond the 'interrupted buffer', instead of stopping the standard buffer where the
'interrupted buffer' line begins. Keep the line of'interrupted buffer' as is. See attached.
Additionally, attached is the Critical Area covenant to be completed. In the blank lines of Section 1.4,
you may write in "See Exhibit A". And label the critical area site plan as "Exhibit A". A critical area site
plan will need to be attached to the back of this covenant and needs to meet the requirements of
Snohomish County. Please complete one of the signature forms in front of a notary that applies to
the ownership of the property (Single, Married, or Corporation/Partnership) and you may toss the
others. Reference both Project Number and Permit Number where is says "Permit Number:"
REVI19-037 and PW1911-056
Send or scan me a copy of the covenant and map for my approval before recording it. After it is
approved, you will record it at Snohomish County Auditor's Recording station and mail or email the
recorded original to our office.
Once the corrected "Existing Conditions" map is returned, and covenant is recorded, we can issue
the restoration permit so that restoration work can proceed.
Sincerely,
Teresa Weldon
Planner I Community, Planning and Economic Development
425.257.8731 1 2930 Wetmore Ave. 8th Fl, Everett, WA 98201
everettwa.gov/planning_l Facebook I Twitter
From: nehal raval <nehalr@hotmail.com>
Sent: Wednesday, November 27, 2019 3:40 PM
