These <br />comments address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by <br />other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2003 <br />International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State <br />Energy Code, 2001 Edition, unless slated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the lluilding Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />The plans indicate 60 lbs. of concrete per footing. This appears inadequate.
