SOUNDVIEW TECHNOLOGY CENTER EVERETT, WA <br />[1 <br />Basin D <br />The stormwater runoff from Basin D flows in an easterly direction. The existing basin flows exit the site <br />into a 12" conveyance system in 36th Avenue West. The conveyance system discharges into a manmade <br />channel east towards the existing Boeing facility, see photo 13. The manmade channel has signs of <br />surface flow. Approximately 350' west of 36' Ave., the channel enters an 18" conveyance system that <br />connects to an existing stormwater pond near the northwest corner of the existing Boeing facility, see <br />photo 14. The pond outlets via a submerged 12" pipe in the northeast corner, see photo 15. <br />The 12" conveyance system discharges into an existing ravine approximately 80' north of the pond, see <br />photo 16. The ravine has signs of surface flow in the swale and continues northerly direction until <br />entering a 12" culvert crossing Sound Ave., see photo 17. The pipe discharges into an existing ravine, <br />traveling in a northwesterly direction until it ultimatelyjoins at the confluence of Basin C. <br />This was the end of the field reconnaissance. This location is approximately'/a mile downstream from the <br />site. <br />Since this project will detain the release rates to the predeveloped release rates in excess of the release <br />rates required for the project, no additional measures are proposed and the flows will be released from <br />the stormwater detention facility near the existing 12" conveyance system outlet beneath 361h Avenue <br />West. <br />MAY 23, 2017 STORMWATER DRAINAGE REPORT PAGE 15 <br />
