SOUNDVIEW TECHNOLOGY CENTER EVERETT, WA <br />Upstream Analysis <br />Based on topographical survey and field reconnaissance approximately 3.86 acres of land is tributary to <br />this site, and is comprised of 1.55 acres of forested land to Basin A and 2.31 acres to Basin D. Both upland <br />basin areas will be collected in swales and piped / conveyed around the developed portion of the site. <br />Basin A proposes a dispersion trench near the southwest corner of the developable area.
