The following outline <br /> provides each of the City comments in italics along with a narrative response describing how each <br /> comment is addressed. <br /> Architectural <br /> 1. The 1. The allocation of electric vehicle parking stalls appears to be missing from the plan <br /> set. Please note that 10%of parking stalls are required to have electrical vehicle which has <br /> been updated from the previous requirement of 5%. IBC 429.2. <br /> Response: The allocation of electric vehicle parking stalls has been added to sheet A1.1 <br /> 2. On Sheet G1.1, an unlimited area building is being proposed. However, to the north of the <br /> building, the distance between the exterior wall and the property line is less than 60'-0"in <br /> some portions of these walls. Per IBC 507.4, the building requires the building's exterior <br /> walls to be a minimum of 60'-0"from the fire separation distance line. Please update the <br /> allowable area calculations demonstrating that the proposed building area is within the <br /> thresholds or adjust the building area such that the unlimited area provision of building area <br /> is met. IBC 507.4. Please revise plans as require <br /> Response: The drawings have been adjusted to match the recorded boundary lines. The distance <br /> from Building C to the north property line is 1,033'.
