STEP 1. DETERMINE APPLICABILITY <br />Use the criteria below to determine if this template may be used for your project. If any <br />criteria below are marked "False," this template may not be used and a report <br />meeting City standards is required and shall be prepared by a professional <br />Engineer licensed in the State of Washington. Flow control facilities shall be <br />designed by an engineer for projects with 2,000 sf or more net new impervious area (see <br />Ste 5. <br />x❑ ❑ This project drains to the combined sewer. <br />x❑ ❑ This project will create at least 200 sf of net new impervious area. (See Item <br />"F " in Step 2) <br />x❑ ❑ I This project will create less than 5,000 ft2 of added plus replaced impervious <br />surface area (Item C + Item D in Step 2). <br />❑ I ❑ I This project converts less than 1 /4 acre of native vegetation, pasture, <br />scrub/shrub or unmaintained non-native vegetation to lawn or landscape <br />areas. <br />This project will not adversely impact a water of the state. <br />❑ I ❑ I This project will not change a natural drainage course and will not generate any <br />new concentrated flows leaving the site. <br />z❑ ❑ This project will not be constructed within a critical area or a critical area buffer <br />and will not adversely impact a critical area.
