At the time of my inspection the formwork was in place for 8" thick concrete walls. The tall <br />walls are using #5 vertical bars at 8" on center. Once the walls are stepped down to the typical shallow <br />footings, the rebar transitions to #4 at 16" on center in each direction. Based on my observations, the <br />foundation formwork and reinforcing are installed per the approved structural plans and in accordance <br />with my design. <br />Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss any of these items in more detail or if you <br />have any questions.
