Obtained a copy of the spray applied fireproofing submittal with <br />the thickness drawings attached. Verified the applied thicknesses of the Cafco Blaze Shield HP spray applied <br />fireproofing on the structural steel elements for both the North canopy (2 new columns only) and South canopy <br />(columns and beams). The existing 2 columns at the North canopy were just patched as required and sprayed for <br />evenness. Found all thicknesses were within the specified thicknesses and allowed tolerances except for the <br />South Canopy W12X14 beams with the specified thickness of 2 7/16 inches. Please see the attached inspection <br />reports for additional details. <br />The results of observation(s) for today were reported to Josh with Skyline. <br />COMPLIANCE STATEMENT <br />Nonconforming Condition(s) <br />The tests were performed in general accordance with applicable ASTM, AASHTO, or DOT test methods.
