The results of observation(s) for today were reported to Anh Phan. <br />The construction documents referenced for this observation include: C1 & C2 dated 12-15-23. <br />Fabrication Observation <br />Terracon provided shop fabrication observation due to jurisdictional requirements. <br />Terracon performed a review of the welder qualifications and welding procedures provided. No welding observation was performed today.
