We need additional detail on the retail space floor plan that should include where products will be <br /> displayed. <br /> We have added the layout for the interior of the retail space. We have also revised the business areas of the building. <br /> The owner has a second business that he will utilize the remaining 2nd-floor space for office space for that business.And <br /> the area to the South on the main floor is the wholesale transaction area and a B occupancy. See the attached floor <br /> plans for the revised occupancy load calculations and the floor plan layouts. <br /> This puts our combined retail and business at 3,078 <br /> Food processing at 1825 and storage at 918 <br /> The previous breakdown of the building was <br /> 2442 sf of retail, 309 office space and 3169 of storage space. <br /> Also, a forklift access ramp is proposed in front.This is industrial in nature. <br /> The forklift access ramp is sloped at 1 per 12 slopes and the rise of the ramp is 12"from parking to interior floor slab <br /> grade. <br /> Will there be outdoor storage of equipment and what will be the#and type of vehicles used for transport? <br /> There will be no exterior storage of equipment or Vehicles on the front side of the building. <br /> The owner does not have any company-owned vehicles.The forklift will be stored inside of the facility so as to not invite <br /> being tampered with. <br /> Product coming in is delivered one day a week and happens at about 8 am. Delivered by the vendor's truck.That <br /> delivery will be to the side door on the north side of the building. <br /> Product leaving the facility will be 3 days a week and typically happens around 10 am and takes about 15 min.The <br /> product is picked up by the customer's vehicles.
