Michelle in our office missed the full email from Danielle so may have mis labeled a couple areas. We discussed <br /> yesterday in a meeting with the client and he confirmed that he would be happy to identify various areas correctly in the <br /> final layout. Also, he wanted me to be sure to let you know that he has a parent LLC that the current Royal Meats is a <br /> subsidiary of so his office area would be for more than just the management of the Food processing if that allows for any <br /> nuance of use. <br /> The retail area that we have on the main floor would be for their own retail distribution (walk up, purchase their <br /> products) as well as the possibility of his adding a coffee shop component. They are still trying to identify the business <br /> model to go in there. I believe Michelle called it out as a leased area....
