I am the planner conducting the review for this application.Additional comments may also be provided by <br /> other Departmental reviewers for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of <br /> other reviewers. <br /> Planning has the following comments and correction items to be addressed: <br /> 1. Please provide an elevation drawing of the front fagade facing Evergreen Way. <br /> 2. The proposal includes removal of an existing window and installation of new door(s) and ramp. Clarification of <br /> the existing transparency vs proposed transparency must be clearly identified.The transparency of the front <br /> fagade needs to be equal to or greater than the existing condition. <br /> 3. Revisions to sheets Al and A1.1 were previously provided electronically; please include paper copies in your <br /> resubmitted materials to update the plan sets accordingly. <br /> 4. Please be advised: A landscape inspection will be required prior to Permit Final and will be stamped/redlined on <br /> your plans accordingly prior to issuance.The original development was approved to have Type III perimeter <br /> landscaping and it appears several trees and/or shrubs have been removed over time. Replacement of the <br /> required trees/plantings is required. Trees should be planted no more than 30' on center with a minimum 2" <br /> caliper at time of planting. For additional reference, please see the landscaping provisions of EMC 19.35. <br /> Re-submittal instructions are outlined here; please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans.
