(see image below my sig line). So not so <br /> much a trigger as an update of city standard. Status as a food service production with an inside grease <br /> interceptor('grease trap') is also a factor. <br /> *That said, per my call I have good news! I discussed this with Thad and he agreed that in this case we <br /> will deem the four inch side sewer acceptable. He will make a note in file. <br /> Based on my visit to the Shoreline location,the operation should not be big concern for us RE fats, oils <br /> and grease production. Monitoring and maintenance of the GT will be necessary though, and we can <br /> help with being setup for that once the TI is done and their open in Everett. <br /> I hope that helps.
