I am the <br />planner conducting the review for this application. Please note additional comments may also be provided by other <br />Departmental reviewers for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other <br />reviewers. <br />Planning cannot further review and/or approve your permit until the following revisions have been addressed: <br />Site Plan. No site plan was provided with the application. An architectural site plan is required for all commercial <br />construction permit applications in accordance with the commercial construction submittal checklist. The site <br />plan must be drawn to meet the site plan requirements including but not limited to: legal description, north <br />arrow, horizontal dimensions indicating property lines, streets, alley easements, building location and <br />dimensions, dimensioned driveway approaches, sidewalks, parking and aisles. etc. Please refer to the checklist <br />linked below for more details and submit a site plan accordingly. It is unclear at this time where the canopies are <br />proposed in relation to existing on -site structures and improvements. <br />For reference, the commercial construction submittal checklist is available online. Re -submittal instructions are outlined <br />here; please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans. <br />These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br />departments. Additional comments may be provided by other reviewers for your application; please utilize the Online <br />Permittine Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. <br />For general permit questions, please contact Permit Services at PermitServices@everettwa.gov or 425.257.8810. If you <br />have any Planning related questions, please contact me directly via email. The Unified Development Code is available <br />online, here: https://everett.municipal.codes/EMC/19. In the meantime this permit application is on hold for further <br />Planning review until the requested revisions have been received demonstrating compliance with the code and <br />submittal checklists.
