ORDINANCE NO. 1845 An Ordinance relt:ting to the salaries to be paid certain officers of the City of Everett, amending Ordinance No.1543, repealing Ordinance No.1634 , and declaring an emergency. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1, That Section S of Ordinance No.1843 of said City be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section S. Fire Department . Chief, One Hundred Seventy- five Dollars (1,175.00) per month; Assistant Chief, One Hundred Forty-nine Dollars ( ,`149.00) per month; Captains, one Hundred Twenty-six Dollars ( 126.00) per month; Lieutenant , One Hundred Twenty-three Dollars (g123.00) per month; Master Mec4anio, One Hundred Twenty-six Dollars (P126.00) per month; Engineer , One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars (•.l25.00) per month; Assistant Engineer, One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00) per month; Auto Drivers, One Hundred Twenty Dollars ( 120.00) per month; First- grade Pipe Men, One Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($115 .00) per month; Second-grade Pipe Yen, One Hundred Ten Dollars ( 110.00) per month; Third-grade Pipe Men, One Hundred Five Dollars ( 105,00) per month; Truck Driver, fine ty-flve T)ollare (t95.00) per month. " Section 2. That Section 13 of Ordinance No.1843 of said City of Everett be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 13 . City Employment Agent, Ninety-seven and 50/100 per month ' Dollars ( 97.50)/; Pound Master, One Hundred Dollars ( 100.00) per month. " Section 3. That 6rdinance No.1634 of the City of Everett be and hereby is repealed. Section 4. That it appearing in the compilation of the salary list found in said Ordinance 1844 , Two (2) of the officers of the City were omitted, and it is necessary that all of said officers' salaries ( 1)
