• L - t ORDINANCE NO . 1844 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess- ment roll of Local Improvement District No.337, for the improvement of the alley between Hoyt Avenue and Rucker Avenue from 21st Street to the center of 19th Street , by the complete construction of a sewer and necessary appurten- ances and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No .1819 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll , axing a date for the issuance of bonds and providing for the issuance of said bonds . THE CITY OF EVFRETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.337 for the improvement of the alley between Hoyt Avenue and Rucker Avenue from 21st Street to the center of 19th Street, by the complete construction of a sewer and necessary appurtenances, and all other work in connection there- with in accordance with Ordinance No.1819, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 . That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby decked to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, in the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3. That the 19t lay of NQvembjr , 1918, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required (1)
