11 • ORDINANCE NO.,,_i83"'r An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess- ment roll of Local Improvement District No.336 for the improvement of Norton Avenue extension from the north end of the trestle now constructed on said Norton Avenue extension to a point 171.76 northeast of the intersection of the east line of Section 7, Town- ship 29 ,North Range 5 East, W.M. , with the west line of the Northern Pacific Railway Company' s right-of-way produced, by the complete construction of a pile trestle and roadway and doing such other work as may be necessary to make a complete improvement and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No.lS]i of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land, as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.336 for the improvement of Norton Avenue extension from the north end of the trestle now constructed on said Norton Avenue extension to a point 171.76 feet northeast of the intersection of the east line of Sec.7, Township 29 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , With the west line of the Northern Pacific Railway Company' s :tight-of--way produced, by the complete construction of a pile trestle and roadway, and doing such other work as may be necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.1814, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against (1)
