11 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO.,,_i83"'r <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess- <br /> ment roll of Local Improvement District No.336 for the improvement <br /> of Norton Avenue extension from the north end of the trestle now <br /> constructed on said Norton Avenue extension to a point 171.76 <br /> northeast of the intersection of the east line of Section 7, Town- <br /> ship 29 ,North Range 5 East, W.M. , with the west line of the Northern <br /> Pacific Railway Company' s right-of-way produced, by the complete <br /> construction of a pile trestle and roadway and doing such other <br /> work as may be necessary to make a complete improvement and all <br /> work in connection therewith under Ordinance No.lS]i of the city <br /> of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the <br /> several lots, tracts and parcels of land, as shown on said roll, <br /> fixing a date for the issuance of bonds and providing for the <br /> issuance of said bonds. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local <br /> Improvement District No.336 for the improvement of Norton Avenue <br /> extension from the north end of the trestle now constructed on said <br /> Norton Avenue extension to a point 171.76 feet northeast of the <br /> intersection of the east line of Sec.7, Township 29 North, Range <br /> 5 East, W.M. , With the west line of the Northern Pacific Railway <br /> Company' s :tight-of--way produced, by the complete construction of a <br /> pile trestle and roadway, and doing such other work as may be <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.1814, <br /> as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to <br /> be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount <br /> charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against <br /> (1) <br />
