On Sheet A3.08, it is unclear if the battery storage room is intended to <br /> contain enough batteries such that the incidental use of Table 509 is triggered. <br /> Please confirm or clarify as it may require providing 1 hour fire resistive <br /> construction to the room and ceiling. IBC 509. <br /> STRUCTURAL <br /> 1. On Sheet S2.0, it Is unclear if the wall along Grid 5 between Grids J, K and <br /> possibly further east is intended to be a shear wall.
