Geotechnical Services Are Performed for Specific Purposes, Persons and Projects This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of LMJ Enterprises and other project team members for the proposed Lee Johnson Hyundai Dealership improvements in Everett, Washington. This report is not intended for use by others, and the information contained herein is net applicable to other sites. GeoEngineers structures our services to meet the specific needs of our clients. For example,a geotechnical or geologic study conducted for a civil engineer or architect may not fulfill the needs of a construction contractor or even another civil engineer or architect that al involved t the same project.
