A description of thy, field exploration program and summary boring logs are
presented in Appendix A.
2.2. Laboratory Testing
Soil samples obtained during drilling .11 l were r,-iken to GeoEngineers' laboratory for further
evaluation. Selected samples were tested for tia' ootermination of moisture content and grain-size
distribution, A description of the laborator y.testing and the test results are presented in Appendix B.
3.0 SITE CONDITIONS
3.1. Surface Conditions
The site is currently occupied by two single-story commercial buildings consisting of the Lee Johnson
Hyundai of Everett building and the associated service center. The site is bounded by commercial property
to the south; Evergreen Middle School to the west; a church to the north; and Evergreen Way to east.
