ORDINANCE NO. 3039-07 <br /> An ORDINANCE extending Fund 339 "Water and Sewer System Improvements Fund" to <br /> accumulate all design and construction costs for critical water and sewer system <br /> improvements, amending Sections 2 and 4 of Ordinance No. 2693-03. <br /> WHEREAS, on May 28, 2003, the City Council adopted Ordinance 2693-03 establishing Fund <br /> 339 "Water and Sewer System Improvements Fund"; and <br /> WHEREAS, $113,030,000 was appropriated for Fund 339; and <br /> WHEREAS, the initial appropriation has been expended; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City needs to complete Phase VI and VII of the Pipeline 2 & 3 project, Water <br /> Filtration Plant Clearwell#2, and other critical water and sewer improvements; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2693-03, which reads as follows: Authorization is hereby given to <br /> accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 339 to accomplish the Sewer System Odor <br /> Control Project and other system improvements at the treatment site, and in the sewer collection <br /> system. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 339 to <br /> accomplish the Sewer System Odor Control Project and other system improvements at the <br /> treatment site, and in the sewer collection system, including completion of Phase VI and VII of <br /> the Pipeline 2 & 3 project, Water Filtration Plant Clearwell #2, and other critical water and sewer <br /> improvements. <br /> C:\Documents and Settings\SuClark\Desktop\Nov 14 Changes\FUND 339 ORDINANCE EXTENSION Corrected doc <br />
