The calculated amount is $181,670.00. This is based on the current <br />rate for Fast-food Establishment with No Drive-thru and square footage of the new Mochinut suite. If <br />you have a "custom trip generation report" already done from one of your other Washington State <br />locations, we are willing to review it to see if it would reduce the fees. Alternatively, you can hire <br />someone to complete a custom trip generation report to determine the estimated peak PM traffic count <br />- if you wish. <br />You can contact Michael Brick, Associate Engineer in Traffic at mbrick@everettwa.gov if you have <br />further questions on the fee calculations.
