pursue this option you will need to have a licensed traffic engineer prepare a trip generation study for <br />Mochinut that shows how many new PM Peak Hour trips the project is expected to generate; assuming <br />the City accepts the submitted trip generation study we would then use the information provided in that <br />study to calculate your project traffic mitigation. Only a trip generation study would be needed, no <br />impact analysis or Level of Service calculations would be necessary.
