This email will serve as the building department correction letter. The comments below should be addressed. Two revised full-sized hard -copies of the drawings should be submitted for review. An itemized response letter stating how each comment has been addressed should be included with the drawings. Comments 1. It appears that on sheet Al the occupancy load table is not accurately depicting the space shown on the floor plan. IBC 1004.5 a. The floor areas for the dining area - table and chairs (380 sq. ft.) appears to be less than the floor plan would indicate. b. The floor area - long bench has an occupant load of 1 person per 18 inches, where does this occupant load come from? c. The accessory use room name has no occupant load and is not depicted on the floor plan. This is the largest area in the table but would indicate that it has no occupancy. d. The kitchen area is the only area represented on the floor plan and in the table with the same name. appears that the reception area in the table is identified as the service area on the floor plan. Please update the floor plan to depict all the areas shown in the table and adjust as needed. 2. It appears that the number of required plumbing fixtures may change if the occupancy changes. Adjust accordingly. Please use the Online Permitting Portal to check the status of all reviews.
