(7) CB 1603-14-- 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Kasch Park Multipurpose Fields 2 and 3- Replacement and Renovation," Fund 354, Program 049, to accumulate all costs for the Improvement Project. (8) Waive immaterial irregularity and award the construction contract for the synthetic turf replacement and renovation project on Kasch Park multipurpose fields 2 and 3 to Premier Field Development in the amount of $2,860,100.00 plus Washington State sales tax. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Radio Sharing Agreement with the Washington Department of Natural Resources to share frequencies on their radio system with Watershed Patrol personnel. (10) Award the contract bid for the 41st Street to West Marine View Drive Corridor Improvements Project to Marshbank Construction of Lake Stevens, WA in the amount of $2,758,753 including Washington State Sales Tax. (11) Award 2016 Biosolids Disposal Project contract to Karl Needham Enterprises Inc., for transport and disposal of biosolids from the Water Pollution Control Facility, in the amount of $664,492.92 including Washington State sales tax. (12) Award 2016 Biosolids Removal Project contract to American Process Group Inc., for removal of biosolids from the Water Pollution Control Facility, in the amount of $553,065.98 not including Washington State sales tax. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the State Capital Construction Grant Agreement No. GCB2316 for North Broadway Bus Stop Safety Improvements with the Washington State Department of Transportation (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Homeland Security Grant Agreement with Snohomish County to receive grant funds to purchase three cargo containers for storing disaster related supplies. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Mukilteo School District for the use of Horizon Elementary.
