This project will run concurrently with the 2015 Biosolids <br /> Removal Project, expected to begin in May of 2016. <br /> Two bids were received at the bid opening on March 22, 2016. Karl Needham Enterprises Inc. was the <br /> lowest responsive bidder with a bid of$664,492.92. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Award the 2016 Biosolids Disposal Project Contract to Karl Needham Enterprises Inc., for transport and <br /> disposal of biosolids from the Water Pollution Control Facility, in the amount of$664,492.92 including <br /> Washington State sales tax. <br /> 37 <br />
