Phase 1 includes the following: planning, design,purchase of stop amenities such as shelters, benches, trash cans and bike racks, and beginning construction, as funds allow, through June 30, 2017. • The grant does not require a local match. Future projected Multimodal Tier Funds in the amount of$2,000,000 will be used to finish construction in Phase 2 and will be added by amendment when appropriated by the State Legislature for the July 1, 2017— June 30. 2019 biennium.
