Locate <br /> building main entries on the ground floor <br /> facing the main street or the most prominent corner. Main entrances must present a strong <br /> presence. <br /> Exterior elevation facades at upper levels of the building should reveal the repetition and <br /> rhythms of office spaces through window treatments and materials. Proportions and patterns of <br /> windows must be well designed and organized to create a strong rhythm that is visually pleasing <br /> from the exterior. <br /> Top treatments of commercial office buildings need not be overly ornate, but should have a <br /> distinct visual termination through a change of material,pattern, color, or form.
