From these elevated perches looking out <br /> over the marina and people on the streets, visitors enjoy a quiet refuge from traffic while crossing through the <br /> site. Pedestrian stairs and external building elevators climb 13-14 feet to connect pathways with semi-private <br /> courtyards.
