SIGNAGE CREATIVITY/ UNIQUE EXPRESSION <br /> INTENT: <br /> Encourage interesting, creative and unique approaches to the design and use of signs. <br /> STANDARDS: <br /> 13.1.a. Signs should be highly graphic in form, expressive and individualized. <br /> Marine themes are encouraged. <br /> 13.1.b. Signs should convey the product or service offered by the business in a <br /> bold, graphic form. <br /> 13.1.c.
