We performed evaluations from exterior and interior of the <br /> building, as well as by accessing the crawlspace and roof attic. <br /> Below is the summary of our findings:. <br /> 1. The structural damage is mostly concentrated at the middle portion of the exterior east wall <br /> where it buckles inward. The existing wall studs and headers at this portion shall be replaced <br /> with new framings. Please see attached framing detail S-1 and S-2 <br /> 2. The existing concrete stemwall foundation and sill plate do not appear to sustain damages <br /> and can be re-used. <br /> 3. The existing shed roof framing along the east side o the building does not appear to sustain <br /> any damages. <br /> We have attached some photos taken during the evaluations for your reference.
