Per our official assignment, the Everpark garage is assigned a whole-building address of 2823 Hoyt Ave, so there has been no oversight on our end. Please see the City's GIS map information below for reference in addition to the Certificate of Occupancy that Tawnya previously provided. We agree that the restroom and the main structure should not have the same address assignment,which is why we assigned the restroom building a separate address from that officially assigned to the garage in the first place. It appears that at some point in time,the Everpark Garage has decided to self-assign their addressing and use unofficial addressing for different business practices (2815 and 2825 Hoyt Ave).To avoid disturbance of the business, I can allow a new address assignment to be assigned to the restroom that does not conflict with the existing building's officially assigned address of 2823 Hoyt Ave or the unrecognized address of 2825 Hoyt Ave.The new address assignment for the restroom will be 2821 Hoyt Ave. While this address does not technically meet the addressing standards (with the garage being assigned 2823,the restroom should be a number greater than that as it is located further south), we can agree to use 2821 Hoyt Ave since it fits with what is currently being used onsite (restroom located between 2815 and 2825). Please see the attached revised address letter to update the restroom address signage. Once complete, please schedule a building permit inspection for sign-off by the building inspectors.
