Any soil stockpile <br />will be located with the disturbed area shown on the SWPPP plan. Soil excavated for the <br />basement will be backfilled against the foundation and graded away from the building pad. <br />No soils shall remain exposed and unworked for more than 2 days between October 1 and April <br />30. Once the disturbed landscape areas are graded, the grass areas will be sodded or permanent <br />seeded. <br />Any stockpiles will be covered in plastic if left unworked. <br />11 <br />
