The BMPs selected to control the "Protect Slopes" erosion control element of the project will be <br />used to protect slopes and will be shown or added as a note on the SWPPP plan. <br />Actions will be taken to accomplish these requirements and objectives, given the unique <br />circumstances of the project and or site. <br />No cut slope over 4 feet high will exceed 2 feet horizontal to 1 foot vertical, and no fill slope <br />over 4 feet high will exceed 3 feet horizontal to 1 foot vertical. Therefore, there is no <br />requirement for engineered slope protection. <br />Sediment will be removed from the site with the BMPs listed at the locations shown on the <br />SWPPP plan. <br />13 <br />
