EROSION CONTROL ELEMENT # 11 - Maintain BMPs. <br />Requirements Maintain BMPs <br />1. All temporary and permanent erosion and sediment control BMPs shall be <br />maintained and repaired as needed to assure continued performance of their <br />intended function. Maintenance and repair shall be conducted in accordance <br />with the BMP specifications. <br />2. All temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs shall be removed within 30 <br />days after final site stabilization is achieved or after the temporary BMPs are no <br />longer needed. <br />3. Trapped sediment shall be removed or stabilized on site. Disturbed soil resulting <br />from removal of BMPs or vegetation shall be permanently stabilized <br />The following Best Management Practices, (BMPs), the ones that the Contractor will <br />implement on your site, to meet the erosion control requirements listed above. <br />✓ Maintain and repair in accordance with BMP specifications <br />BMPs will be inspected and maintained during construction and removed within 30 days after <br />the City of Everett site inspector determines that the site is stabilized, provided that they may be <br />removed when they are no longer needed. <br />19 <br />
