MR #2: Construction SWPPP All new development and redevelopment projects are responsible for preventing erosion and discharge of sediment and other pollutants into receiving waters. A Construction SWPPP is a stand-alone document that addresses all construction stormwater management concerns. It is required that a copy of the SWPPP be kept by the contractor performing work at the jobsite for reference and that it is updated as -necessary during construction. This completed template and required attachments (see Steps 2.3 and 2.4) serves as your Construction SWPPP.
