MR #2: Construction SWPPP <br />All new development and redevelopment projects are responsible for preventing erosion and discharge <br />of sediment and other pollutants into receiving waters. A Construction SWPPP is a stand-alone <br />document that addresses all construction stormwater management concerns. It is required that a copy <br />of the SWPPP be kept by the contractor performing work at the jobsite for reference and that it is <br />updated as -necessary during construction. This completed template and required attachments (see <br />Steps 2.3 and 2.4) serves as your Construction SWPPP. <br />Step 2.1: Describe the key considerations for stormwater management during <br />d project construction. <br />You may attach a narrative that answers the following questions or answer in the space provided below. <br />Describe the nature and purpose of the project: <br />Replace existing house with a duplex <br />Describe adjacent areas, including streams, lakes, wetlands, residential areas, and <br />roads that may be affected by project construction. <br />.
