This email will serve as <br />the building department correction letter. The comments below should be addressed. Please submit revised drawings <br />and any necessary supplemental calculations for the permit. <br />Comments <br />The new interior ramp appears to have a change of direction, it does not appear that a landing has been <br />provided. Per IRC R311.8.2 a landing is required where ramps change directions. Please adjust the layout of the <br />ramp as required. <br />The ramp handrail appears to not be continuous on the inside corner at the change of direction, ramp handrails <br />should be continuous per IRC R311.8.3.3 and they are required on both sides of the ramp per IRC R330.9.1. <br />Please adjust the handrail layout. <br />Please use the Online Permitting Portal to check the status of all reviews.
