April 6, 2016 <br /> AGREEMENT — NORTH BROADWAY BUS STOP SAFETY <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign the State Capital Construction <br /> Grant Agreement No. GCB2316 for North Broadway Bus Stop Safety <br /> Improvements with the Washington State Department of <br /> Transportation. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Murphy and Franklin who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — PURCHASE CARGO CONTAINERS FOR STORAGE <br /> OF DISASTER-RELATED SUPPLIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Homeland Security <br /> Grant Agreement with Snohomish County to receive grant funds to <br /> purchase three cargo containers for storing disaster-related <br /> supplies. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Murphy and Franklin who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES / HORIZON <br /> ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Mukilteo <br /> School District for the use of Horizon Elementary School. <br /> 117 <br />
