Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />Funds provided under this Agreement cannot be used for food, beverage, or entertainment <br />costs. <br />Payment Schedule <br />The City of Everett will provide a total of $290,000 for 2025 to the Chamber, distributed over <br />one year as follows: <br />• Quarter 1: $75,000 <br />o Payment due upon submission and approval of the initial work plan. <br />o Target date: February 15, 2025. <br />• Quarter 2: $75,000 <br />o Payment due upon submission and approval of the first quarterly performance <br />report. <br />o Target date: April 30, 2025. <br />• Quarter 3: $70,000 <br />o Payment due upon submission and approval of the second quarterly <br />performance report. <br />o Target date: July 1, 2025. <br />• Quarter 4: $70,000 <br />o Payment due upon submission and approval of the third quarterly performance <br />report and final summary report. <br />o Target date: October 1, 2025. <br />
