The 2015- <br /> 2016 memorandum of understanding(MOU)with the Washington Traffic Safety Commission sets forth the <br /> requirements of the Everett Police Department to participate in the project and receive the allotted funding. The fiscal year 2015 agreement with the State Department of Commerce relates to use of grant <br /> program funding to improve the criminal justice and community response to violence against women in Snohomish <br /> County.
