Observations include Push Pier specifications, locations <br />and spacing. To confirm pier capacity, load tests were observed following installation and the results were within <br />approved allowances. Please see attached field installation logs and load test data dated 6/19/23. All Push Piers <br />were installed per the intent of the design and any installation deviations were reviewed and approved by this <br />office with no outstanding non-compliance items. <br />Our inspection and testing services do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any type and were provided and <br />intended to help reduce the risk of construction defects, deficiencies or omissions that may arise during and after <br />construction. It is the contractor's responsibility to perform their work in accordance with the approved <br />construction documents.
