Additionally, ensure that the requirements of Sections 1603 and 1604 of the 2018 IBC are met as <br />general design requirements for structural calculations. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building <br />Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br />Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br />These initial comments are general in nature and based on preliminary information. Additional <br />comments will typically be generated once a complete submission is reviewed. All comments are based <br />on the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), and/or the <br />2018 Washington State Residential Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and <br />adopted by the City of Everett. <br />These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
