• <br /> ORDINANCE NUMBER 1.830 <br /> An Ordinance relating to the keeping of dogs in the <br /> City of Everett and mending Ordinance Number 1503 of said City. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN <br /> Section 1. That section 12 of Ordinance Number 1503 of <br /> the City of Everett be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Sectio 12 . It shall be unlawful for any person who is <br /> the owner ofvkeeper of any dog to allow such dog between the <br /> hours of sunset and sunrise each day, from April 1st to November <br /> lst of each year to run at large upon any property within the <br /> City of Everett other than that occupied by the person owning <br /> said dog and it shall further be unlawful for the owner or <br /> keeper of any vicious dog or any dog which habitually runs after <br /> or barks at persons traveling the streets of Everett to permit <br /> or suffer such dog to run at large, at any time, whether license- <br /> ed or not. " <br /> Section 2.
