Interior shear inspection was conducted by photos <br />provided by the project superintendent from Sage Homes. The superintendent has confirmed the photos provided are for <br />the building listed above. No Special Inspection required. <br />1st Floor Walls: <br />❑ No interior walls with interior shear nailing less than 6" oc except for P2-2 walls at garage side.
