Inspection On Permit Issuance 3% (.03%) <br /> of Public <br /> Works approved <br /> engineers estimate. <br /> $20 minimum <br /> Approval/Permit Extension <br /> The fee(s) for resubmittal of plans for approval extension and/or permit extension <br /> will be one-half(1/2)the applicable fees noted above. Extension fees do not apply <br /> to the 3% inspection fee. <br /> Inspection Fee Refund <br /> The 3% inspection fee is refundable, less $40-to cover permit close out costs, if no <br /> site activity has began. <br /> Section 2: Savings. <br /> Nothing contained herein shall be construed as abating any action now pending <br /> under or by virtue of any ordinance of the City; or as discontinuing, abating, <br /> modifying or altering any fee, penalty accrued or to accrue, or as affecting the <br /> right or liability of any person, firm or corporation, or as waiving any right of the <br /> City under any ordinance or provision thereof in force at the time of passage of <br /> this ordinance. <br /> Section 3: Validity. <br /> Should any section, subsection„ paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br /> ordinance or its application to any person or situation be declared <br /> unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the <br /> validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to any other <br /> person or situation. The City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted <br /> this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or port <br /> thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more section, subsection, <br /> sentences, clauses, phrases or portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> 5 <br />
