<br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />Date, including all equipment, improvements and real and personal property necessary to <br />accomplish such project, (ii) provide for an initial replacement of the existing subscriber <br />equipment for public safety agencies within Snohomish County, and (ii) replace the <br />existing alpha-numeric paging system. <br />q. Fire Agency. A “Fire Agency” is a Principal that is a Direct Provider of fire <br />and/or EMS services. <br />r. Fire/EMS Technical Advisory Committee. The “Fire/EMS Technical <br />Advisory Committee” is the advisory board composed of Representatives from Principal <br />and Subscriber fire and EMS departments or agencies as described in Section 7. <br /> <br />s. Governing Board. The “Governing Board” is the body described in Section <br />6 and shall be the governing body of Snohomish County 911. <br />t. Initial Term. “Initial Term” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of <br />this Agreement. <br />u. Merger Effective Date. The “Merger Effective Date” is January 1, 2019. <br />v. Member. A “Member” or “Governing Board Member” is the individual <br />representing a Principal on the Governing Board, or his or her designated alternate. <br />w. Original Agreement. “Original Agreement” means the Snohomish County <br />Regional Public Safety Communications Agency Interlocal Agreement, deemed adopted <br />and effective as of January 1, 2018, including the exhibits thereto. The parties to the <br />Original Agreement were Principals of Snohomish County 911 as of the Consolidation <br />Effective Date and will continue to be Principals of Snohomish County 911 as of the <br />Merger Effective Date. A list of the Principals as of the Merger Effective Date is included <br />in Exhibit C. <br />x. Participating Agencies or Participants. “Participating Agencies” or <br />“Participants” refer to Principals and all Subscribers, as they may be so constituted from <br />time to time, and individually referred to as a “Participating Agency” or “Participant.” <br />y. Plan of Consolidation. “Plan of Consolidation” means the plan approved <br />by SNOPAC and SNOCOM as required by chapters 24.03 and 24.06 RCW. <br />z. Plan of Merger. “Plan of Merger” means the plan approved by Snohomish <br />County 911 and SERS as required by chapter 24.06 RCW.
