<br />B-3 <br /> <br /> 10156 99999 hg108542r9 <br />Step 4: Allocate costs to individual Principals, calculating Fire and Police Agency <br />assessments separately as follows: <br /> <br /> Police Agency Principal Assessments: <br /> <br />1. Calculate the sum of costs allocated to all Police Agencies in the <br />Administration and Technology Cost pool plus the Call Taker cost pool, <br />and subtract Police Agency Subscriber contract revenues. Allocate the <br />resulting total amount between all Police Agency Principals based on the <br />Shared Cost Allocation Calculation. The total Police Agency Principal <br />Assessment for any individual Principal is this amount plus the individual <br />dispatch cost allocation derived from either item 2 or 3 below as applicable <br />to the individual Principal: <br /> <br />2. For Principal Police Agencies assigned to Shared Police Dispatch <br />stations: Each such Principal is allocated a shared of all Shared Police <br />Dispatch Station costs based on the Shared Cost Allocation Calculation. <br /> <br />3. For Principal Police Agencies with Dedicated Police Dispatch stations: <br />Each such Principal is allocated a cost equivalent to the Cost per Console <br />multiplied by the number of dedicated Police Dispatch stations for which <br />they have contracted. <br /> <br /> Fire Agency Principal Assessments: <br /> <br />1. Calculate the sum of costs allocated to all Fire Agencies in the <br />Administration and Technology Cost pool plus the Call Taker cost pool, <br />and subtract Fire Agency Subscriber contract revenues.
