<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WSDOT's Predetermined List for <br />Suppliers - Manufactures - Fabricator <br />Below is a list of potentially prefabricated items, originally furnished by WSDOT to <br />Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, that may be considered non- <br />standard and therefore covered by the prevailing wage law, RCW 39.12. Items marked <br />with an X in the "YES" column should be considered to be non-standard and therefore <br />covered by RCW 39.12. Items marked with an X in the "NO" column should be <br />considered to be standard and therefore not covered. Of course, exceptions to this <br />general list may occur, and in that case shall be evaluated according to the criteria <br />described in State and L&I's policy statement. <br /> ITEM DESCRIPTION YES NO <br /> <br />1.
