<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WSDOT's Predetermined List for <br />Suppliers - Manufactures - Fabricator <br />Below is a list of potentially prefabricated items, originally furnished by WSDOT to <br />Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, that may be considered non- <br />standard and therefore covered by the prevailing wage law, RCW 39.12. Items marked <br />with an X in the "YES" column should be considered to be non-standard and therefore <br />covered by RCW 39.12. Items marked with an X in the "NO" column should be <br />considered to be standard and therefore not covered. Of course, exceptions to this <br />general list may occur, and in that case shall be evaluated according to the criteria <br />described in State and L&I's policy statement. <br /> ITEM DESCRIPTION YES NO <br /> <br />1. Metal rectangular frames, solid metal covers, herringbone grates, and bi-directional vaned grates for Catch Basin Types 1, 1L, 1P, and 2 and Concrete Inlets. See Std. Plans X X <br /> <br />2. Metal circular frames (rings) and covers, circular grates, and prefabricated ladders for Manhole Types 1, 2, and 3, Drywell Types 1, 2, and 3 and Catch Basin Type 2. X X <br />See Std. Plans <br />3.
