During daylight hours with clear visibility, workers shall wear a high-visibility 38 <br />ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 2 or 3 garment with background material that 39 <br />are fluorescent yellow-green, fluorescent orange-red, or fluorescent red in 40 <br />color; and a high visibility hardhat that is white, yellow, yellow-green, 41 <br />orange, or red in color; and 42 <br /> 43 <br />2. During hours of darkness (½ hour before sunset to ½ hour after sunrise) or 44 <br />other low-visibility conditions (snow, fog, etc.), workers shall wear a high-45 <br />visibility ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 2 or 3 garment with background 46 <br />material that are fluorescent yellow-green, fluorescent orange-red, or 47 <br />fluorescent red in color; a high-visibility lower garment meeting ANSI/ISEA 48 <br />107 Class E, and a high visibility hardhat marked with at least 12 square 49 <br />inches of retroreflective material applied to provide 360 degrees of visibility. 50 <br /> 51
