Previous build #2205-3 <br />BraunNW (jg/jw) 12 of 34 Everett Fire Dept. <br />5-5-25 Original build #/2205-3 Remount Specification <br />CABINET #9 <br />Location: Curbside, upper, aft <br />Transfer the following existing items: <br />•One adjustable shelf <br />•One 120 VAC GFCI duplex receptacle (Section 6.21 related) <br />Changes: <br />•Remove and discard existing cabinet door <br />•Remove and discard existing under cabinet light <br />•Install a new full height top-hinged clear 0.25″ polycarbonate door with two gas-shock <br />hold-open devices, twist-slam latch and extruded aluminum door pulls <br />•One under-cabinet LED strip light (Section 6.14 related) <br />CABINET #10 <br />Location: Curbside, upper, aft <br />Transfer the following existing items: <br />•Seven verticale dividers <br />Changes: <br />•Remove and discard exsisting cabinet door <br />•Remove and discard door catches on door frame. <br />•Install a new full height top-hinged clear 0.25″ polycarbonate door with two gas-shock <br />hold-open devices, twist-slam latch and extruded aluminum door pulls <br />•One under-cabinet LED strip light (Section 6.14 related) <br />CURBSIDE SQUAD BENCH WITH STORAGE - #11 <br />Location: Curbside <br />Transfer the following existing items: <br />•One wipes storage bracket (location to be determined at pre-construction meeting) <br />•One module window (Section 4.08 related). <br />•One electric oxygen panel in the forward-facing wall(Section 5.11 related) <br />•Two sets of two-point automatic locking retractor and one three point locking <br />retractor seatbelts with two lower receivers (Section 5.14 related) <br />•Transfer existing clock on the aft wall (Section 5.24 related) <br />•Sharps and waste storage at forward end of bench (Section 5.26 related) <br />•Bench-end webbed net (Section 5.34 related) <br />•One triple D cylinder oxygen bracket in under bench storage (Section 5.35 related) <br />•One two switch panel (Section 6.13 related) <br />Changes: <br />•Install a new upholstered Dove Gray vinyl pad on existing polycarbonate oxygen door <br />(Sections 3.08 and 5.29 related) <br />•Remove and return to customer one 18″ yellow powder coated grab bar (Sections 5.06 <br />and 8.03 related). <br />•Install a new sharps and waste rear hinged painted aluminum cover with a finger hole <br />and a rare earth mount magnet for holding the lid open (Section 5.26 related and details <br />to be discussed at pre-construction meeting)
